Packet features Tommy and his lady "Oh Tommy, aint they nice!", Produced by Hermann & Canard in Cape Town, Cape colony from 1881. The Last Boer War battle honour on reverse of packet is Elandslaagte (Oct' 1899) so presumably from 1900 onward. |
